I’m excited to see the launch of a Compass MAP designed through a collaboration between myself and the wonderful minds of Compass.
It is called, “Taking Care of Self.”
If you have ever wanted to achieve better balance, improve health and happiness in your life, this is definitely a Self Care program you do NOT want to miss!
What I think is the best about the Compass MAP is that it is a structured program that takes you through a process over 20 days. . . or 4 weeks. Why is this important?
Lasting change does not happen overnight.
It is a process that takes commitment and energy over time.
There is no “quickie” for lasting well-being or health.
TAKE ACTION! TIP
Instead, take a “quickie” of just 10 minutes for yourself each day.
If you’d like to improve your Self Care, commit to giving yourself at least 30 days and dedicating at least 10 minutes each day toward your goal.
Look at your Self Care goals – lose weight, eat healthier, exercise, meditate, etc. Take just one of these goals and decide where you would like to be in 30 days – make it realistic. Then, for the next 30 days, determine what you will do for 10 minutes each day to achieve your goal.
