From Business Plan to Vision Plan—If the thought of doing a business plan makes you cringe—do a “vision plan” instead. Essentially, at a very basic level, that is what a business plan is.

Intuitively, I find entrepreneurs do these types of plans in their head all the time. Most just need to start getting it on paper so they can use this “living, breathing” document to run their company.
