From Business Plan to Vision Plan—If the thought of doing a business plan makes you cringe—do a “vision plan” instead. Essentially, at a very basic level, that is what a business plan is.

Intuitively, I find entrepreneurs do these types of plans in their head all the time. Most just need to start getting it on paper so they can use this “living, breathing” document to run their company.

PAIN is GOOD—Did I get your attention? Pain is indeed good for many things. Pain lets you know when a more serious illness is approaching… emotional pain can help you learn and grow from an experience if you let it do its job instead of fight it. AND of course, the pain you experience as a business owner is also productive too—if you let the pain do its job.
